Is managing League 1 AFC Wimbledon a step up from Chelsea Women?

The current Chelsea Women's manager doesn't think so :
Emma Hayes labelled as an “insult” suggestions that an EFL job would be a step up from women’s football, after the Chelsea Women manager was linked with the vacancy at AFC Wimbledon.
Hayes said the “world of football needs to wake up and recognise that, while the game is played by a different gender, it is exactly the same sport, and the qualities involved with having to manage that are exactly the same as they would be in a men’s team”.
The 44-year-old manager said: “I just don’t know why anyone would ever think that women’s football is a step down and that coaching World Cup champions, winners, players that have represented their countries in the Olympics or European championships is a step down from anything.”

I'm lost for words.
To think managing women versus men is the same is beyond stupid. The two games are not comparable.
FYI.........the US womens national team, who went on to win the last WC managed to lose to Dallas U15 boys academy 5-2.

Slags football is fucking dire. Slags that play slags football should not be on my tellybox offering punditry on on the mens game, they have no experience of it. Slags who play slags football that think they are as deserving or are as good as the players in the mens game are deluded cunts. Their game is a hundred years behind the men's game and as a result it's a low quality game and it's not particularly interesting to the average football fan be they male or female. The continual shoving of this inferior game down our throats is a sign of the times where the likes of Sky are shit scared to look like they're sexist and would rather flog a dead horse than look bad.
Nobody cares about slags football. Any slags football manager that could get a job in the EFL would absolutely snap their hand off for the job, such is the gulf in class. This slag that thinks it's an insult is obviously aware that there's no chance she's getting the job.

Of course it's a step up.
The women's game has a highly inflated opinion of itself, don't get me wrong there are some good players who have done well but it's a different game to the professional men's game and it would be like watching Barcelona vs the dog and duck if it was any professional mens side vs ladies.

Saw an interview with Hayes after her team had won 7-0.
She was very critical of her side for not making it more.
An attitude which I'd love in a West Ham manager. Although I'd probably have to wait for a long time before we beat anyone 7-0

Any male professional football club is better than the top women’s level.
AFC Wimbledon got twice the average attendance in the conference than Chelsea ladies get.

Helena Costa was the first woman to get a job managing a men's team in the top two divisions of a European League - Clermont Foot, in French Division 2.
She quit early on, as the owners signed players behind her back (come on, what manager worth their salt would put up with that?... Oh).
However she was followed by another woman in the job, Corrinne Diacre, who lasted four years, with a win-percentage of 38%, which is solid.
